We have a superb opportunity for a well presented retail store professional to work in Mayfair with one of the best and biggest worldwide brands in the role of Sales Advisor.  This is a part-time role where you will be required to work 3 Days a week, two of the days being Fridays and Saturday with the other day being flexible.

The Role
As Sales Advisor, you will be reporting to the Store Manager and you will meet and greet all customers in a friendly, professional manner and build rapport, establishing the customer’s needs and selling them the appropriate merchandise to suit their lifestyle and needs.

Core specific responsibilities as Sales Advisor
•    Taking an active part in selling the luxury merchandise
•    Regular participation in product training
•    Oriented toward luxury product sales and providing good customer service within the store
•    Collecting all relevant customer data in the retail system
•    Involvement in the Brand clientele concept
•    Taking over administrative tasks according to the agreement with the Junior Store Manager
•    Assisting with material logistics, merchandise handling, inspection and storage
•    Good knowledge of cash and PC system
•    Maintaining general store standards

Core accountabilities as Sales Advisor
•    Understanding and assisting in the delivery of the Brand business strategy and objectives
•    Delivering an agreed level of service to internal and external customers, suppliers and business partners
•    Taking ownership for personal development needs in anticipation of business requirements
 
Rewards
The role of Part-time Sales Advisor offers:
•    3 days per week (includes Friday and Saturday)
•    A salary of circa £16,800 per annum, pro rata
•    1% personal commission
•    Bonus scheme
•    20 days holiday per annum plus Bank Holidays
