About the role
This role is an ideal opportunity for a candidate who is looking to take the next step in their career and gain excellent multi-disciplinary experience.

As Commercial Property Lawyer, you will be:

• Dealing with commercial transactions, both sales and purchases
• Drafting and reviewing commercial leases
• Dealing with both freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
• Negotiating lease terms (including rent, transfer/renewal options duration exit etc)
• Dealing with commercial refinancing

About the ideal skill set
The ideal candidate for the position of Commercial Property Lawyer will have/be:

• Either SRA registered or CLC accredited
• Commercial awareness
• A team player with a client focussed approach
• Able to demonstrate a willingness to be involved in business development activities
• A strong academic background
• Experience of working across all areas of property law, including both residential and commercial development (desirable)
• Knowledge of portfolio management (desirable)

About the salary and rewards
As a Commercial Property Lawyer you will receive a salary of £30,000 to £60,000 per annum depending on experience.

After a successful probationary period you will also receive/be eligible for:
