About the role
As a Business Development Executive you should have / be:

• A proven track record in a target driven sales role and appointment making
• Resilient and driven to support business growth
• Great customer rapport and telephone skills
• Highly organised and be able to multi-task
• The passion to take real accountability for your goals
• A ferocious work ethic and energy to succeed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to follow instructions and take initiative where appropriate
• Great teamwork skills but with the ability to work independently

About the responsibilities
As a Business Development Executive you will:

• Put your sales skills to the test through inbound and outbound calls to businesses
• Generate new business opportunities with prospective customers
• Have high quality customer sales conversations whilst building your account base
• Build a strong pipeline of opportunities, ensuring sales targets and KPIs are met
• Take full ownership of the sales cycle
• Meet customer acquisition targets to support the business
• Ensure your positive attitude shines through with any potential customers

About the salary & benefits
For the role of Business Development Executive there is on offer a salary of between £23,000 to £35,000 depending on experience. Benefits include:
