Description

We are looking for a positive and proactive Insolvency Drafter to join our client’s growing Insolvency Practice team in Manchester. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow and develop with a rapid expansion program which rewards and promotes employees and offers training to ensure that you meet your personal and professional goals.

About the role
As an Insolvency Drafter, you will ensure clients wanting to proceed with an Insolvency Solution are assisted with their application and the SIP 3 call and final admin is completed correctly for them to proceed and your responsibilities will include:

  • Pre-assess the client’s documents to make sure all required information is present
  • Confirm all client’s income / expenditure, assets & liabilities are accurate as per the documents provided
  • Conduct a SIP call as per the scripts provided
  • Liaising with Insolvency Practitioners and administrators to get all cases protected
  • Compliance, always following call script and company compliance procedures
  • Give all clients a consistent outcome
  • Follow pack compliance criteria including handover to Insolvency Practitioner
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and team spirit
  • Ensure sufficient notes are on the system for every case
  • Ensure all handovers are completed efficiently
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to workload and thinking outside the box
  • Problem solving

About you
To be successful for the role of Insolvency Drafter, you must have previous compliance, debt solutions or insolvency experience and have / be:

  • Confident, positive and proactive
  • Excellent planning, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent numerical and literacy skills

About the salary and rewards
In the role of Insolvency Drafter, there is an excellent basic salary on offer of up to £28,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience with an OTE £50,000 - £65,000 plus you will receive:
