About the role
As a Mechanical Assembly Fitter the role includes, but is not limited to:

• The assembly and testing of the company’s products
• Ensuring quality standards are maintained
• Administrative duties including maintaining build and test records
• Printing instruction manuals / dispatching finished mixers
• Receiving stock

 About you
Although full training will be given in the role, to be successful for the position of Mechanical Assembly Fitter you will ideally have:

• Experience and practical knowledge of mechanical fitting / assembly of gear drives, electric and pneumatic motors
• Knowledge of wiring and testing small electric mixer motors / DOL starters would be an advantage
• Computer skills using the company’s computer-based systems including Microsoft Outlook  

About the hours & rewards
For the position of Mechanical Assembly Fitter you will work 37.5 hours per week and there is a salary on offer of circa £18,000 per annum.  Benefits include:

• Eligibility for inclusion in the company annual performance related bonus scheme after 12 months service
