We have an excellent opportunity for a Community Care Worker in Chesterfield to work with a company who have been awarded Outstanding in Caring by the CQC.

About the role
There will be a care plan and your tasks will vary depending on the person you are supporting. As a Community Care Worker, your responsibilities may include:- Preparing meals and assisting with nutrition and hydration
- Providing support with going to the toilet or managing continence care
- Helping with bathing or showering
- Provide support with getting dressed
- Administrative task include recording information on the visits
- Flagging up any potential issues
About you
To be successful for the role of Community Care Worker, you must have / be:- Previous experience in the care sector – preferred but not essential
- A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
- Able to commute within Chesterfield
About the hours
In the role of Community Care Worker, the shifts available are:- Alternate weekends
- Morning runs
- Dinner runs
- Tea runs
- Bed runs
All our clients’ carers work alternate weekends. Working all weekends is optional and you have the option to combine the above or work just single shifts. Whatever shift patterns you choose, contracted hours can be given on a permanent basis.
About the rewards
For the role of Community Care Worker the hourly rates are:- 0-6 months service- £11.35 per hour
- 6-12 months service- £11.45 per hour
- 12 months plus service- £11.60 per hour
- Bank Holiday - £13.15 per hour
- Sickness/Holiday cover - up to £18.00 per hour
There is a benefits package which includes:
- Mileage at 42p per mile
- Bonus Structure of 6 monthly performance/attendance bonus - £150.00
- Refer a friend scheme - £150 per person you refer
- Paid day off on your Birthday. You will be given you birthday day off, as an additional annual leave day
- £25 voucher on your Birthday to spend on a meal out with your family & friends
- £250 Welcome Payment once you complete 3 months with us
