We have an excellent opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join the team of the UK’s leading and award-winning independent home interior brands based in Bracknell, Berkshire.

About the role
As an Executive Assistant, you will take responsibility and ownership of office organisation, project management, deadline compliance, and important documents and files. In addition, the role will assist the CEO with personal commitments and tasks as required. Your key responsibilities will include:- Acting as the point of contact between the CEO, managers, employees, customers and external partners.
- Developing, maintaining and refining internal processes and filing systems that support the Company’s objectives, coordinating internal and external resources to ensure projects and processes remain on schedule and working smoothly
- Managing the flow of information and communications around All-Company communications and projects in a timely and accurate manner
- Managing the professional and personal scheduling for the CEO, including agendas, mail, email, calls, travel arrangements, customer management and other company logistics
- Maintaining professionalism and strict confidentiality at all times, and exercising discretion when interfacing with the business
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with managers and departments
- Liaising with employees on behalf of the CEO
- Overseeing and coordinating the planning of Company events, both internally and offsite
- Preparing and delivering reports, and presentations as appropriate.
- Preparing meeting agendas, performing research for meetings, and taking minutes during meetings as appropriate
About you
To be successful for the role of Executive Assistant, you must be / have:- Demonstrable experience from working in a similar role
- Great people skills with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Strong interpersonal and liaison ability
- Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Thorough attention to details
- Self-motivated whilst being able to work as part of a team
- Exceptional organisation, time management and workload management skills
- Clear communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent scheduling and planning skills
- Experience working with senior managers
- Proficient with MS Office and other office productivity tools
- Strong attention to detail
About the rewards
For the role of Executive Assistant, you have to work 30 hours per week from Monday to Friday in a flexible hour schedule, with an option for a hybrid set-up and there is a salary on offer of £35,000 to £40,000 per annum depending on your experience.
