We have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Production Administrator with previous experience of working in a planning and manufacturing environment to join our clients’ well established manufacturing company based in Congleton, Cheshire. This role is offering an excellent salary of £26,000 - £30,000 per annum plus benefits.

About the role
As a Production Administrator, previous experience of working in a planning and manufacturing environment is advantageous and your responsibilities will include:- Identify components required from Sales Orders
- Review stock quantities and raise purchase orders where needed
- Schedule work on the Planner according to lead times
- Create Daily Job Cards with the production supervisor
- Receiving and check delivery notes from Goods Inwards
- Maintain stock levels within the factory
- Liaise with sales department to notify of any delays/issues
About You
The ideal candidate for the role of Production Administrator must be / have:- Planning and Co-ordination skills
- MS Office (Basic Excel Experience essential)
- Manufacturing / Engineering Operations experience
- Stock management experience would be advantageous
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
- Problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- Able to share knowledge and be open to new ideas
- Health & Safety knowledge would be an advantageous
- Technical Drawings (Autocad, Solidworks etc.) would be advantageous
- Driving Licence – advantageous
About the rewards
In the role of Production Administrator, you will work Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week and the benefits include:- A salary of £26,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
- 40 working hours per week (Mon - Thurs 7.30 - 4.30 / Fri - 7.30 – 3.00).
