About the role
The position of Sales Manager is an essential, strategic component of the Company’s Sales Team and build upon their success and they are looking for their next generation of sales leaders.- The Sales team provides frontline sales conversion, account management, lead generation and the highest levels of customer service.
- Through their provision of sound knowledge around all things pricing, products and service, the sales experts build, nurture and manage relationships with new and current customers alike.

About the responsibilities
As a Sales Manager you will:- Qualify and disqualify inbound leads in a high volume environment using an ecommerce platform, emails, calls, LinkedIn etc
- Successfully securing sales through converting inbound sales queries
- Respond to incoming leads through the construction of bespoke quotations, whilst also liaising with suppliers and logistics companies
- Innovate lead generation processes by adhering to a standard of excellence in new business development and account management practices
- Build credibility and value for customers, through the provision of your expertise when prospecting for new business or upselling and cross-selling
- Be comfortable delivering results against a quota and enjoy the challenge of exceeding activity, pipeline, and revenue goals on a quarterly basis
About you
To be successful for the role of Sales Manager and be a great addition to the team you will:- Have 3 years + experience in a sales / account management position
- Want to use your exemplary communication skills to convert and generate sales leads, whilst taking ownership of assigned accounts by building first class, on-going customer relationships
- Naturally possess the curiosity and drive to understand customers current needs, anticipate their future needs, and thrive on identifying solutions
- Have an authentic openness to embrace feedback and desire to continually develop both personally and professionally
- Produce your best work when functioning in a highly collaborative company and team setting

About the hours & rewards
For the role of Sales Manager, you will work Monday to Friday and there is on offer:- A salary of £27,000 to £34,000 per annum
- Bonus of up to £6,000 per annum
