About the role
As the Marketing and Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and executing winning marketing and sales strategies to drive the business forward. You will have the opportunity to showcase your drive, innovation, and ability to make a real difference in this brand new position.

Responsibilities:
As the Marketing and Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Developing compelling value propositions tailored to our ideal customer segments
• Conducting market research to identify attractive potential customers
• Writing and gaining support for effective marketing and sales strategies and plans
• Creating sales funnels to support and sustain our growth and commercial objectives
• Converting potential customers into satisfied repeat customers
• Ensuring exceptional customer service standards to enhance the reputation of the company
