About the role As the Marketing and Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and executing winning marketing and sales strategies to drive the business forward. Responsibilities: As the Marketing and Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
Developing compelling value propositions tailored to our ideal customer segments
Conducting market research to identify attractive potential customers
Writing and gaining support for effective marketing and sales strategies and plans
Creating sales funnels to support and sustain our growth and commercial objectives
Converting potential customers into satisfied repeat customers

Competitive Compensation: A highly competitive compensation package is provided, with a fixed component ranging from £55,000 to £65,000 per year. This amount will be determined based on your experience, skills, and qualifications. Additionally, there is a variable element tied to performance, resulting in an On Target Earnings (OTE) of £80,000

Requirements To excel in the role of Marketing and Sales Manager, we are looking for individuals who possess the following qualifications and qualities:
University degree required; an MBA degree would be highly advantageous
Minimum 5 years of work experience in a commercially driven and successful SME, preferably with an engineering focus
Strong understanding of marketing and sales principles with experience in developing effective strategies
