Porsche Retail Group (PRG) have an excellent opportunity for a Service Advisor to work for one of the world’s most iconic brands and join Porsche Centre West London.
This role plays a key part within the dealership, advise potential, new and existing customers on which service, or maintenance, may be required to be performed on their vehicle.

Core Responsibilities
Ascertain the customers’ automotive issues and conducting technical visual inspections
Checking vehicle maintenance records and examining service schedules
Booking walk in customers and upselling Porsche Service’s and accessories.
Raise orders for parts identified
Identify and sell value added services and accessories
Track the vehicle through the workshop, remaining in constant communication with the customer during the repair process, and ensuring delivery of the vehicle at the promised time

Salary of £33,865 based on experience, with an OTE of £50K +

Fixed hours each week - no shift patterns. Monday to Friday 8.00am to 6.00pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays on a rota basis from 8.00am to 1.00pm

There are 32 ramps across both locations
