Porsche Retail Group (PRG) have an excellent opportunity for a Business Transaction Manager to work for one of the world’s most iconic brands and join Porsche Centre Hatfield.

In this role you will be responsible for advising our customers on the best way to purchase their Porsche, by being the subject matter expert on all our funding and finance options and supporting the sales team, to ensure the upmost customer satisfaction.

What’s involved?
As a Business Transaction Manager, you’ll collaborate with the Sales Management Team and other key stakeholders to facilitate the swift delivery of our customer’s vehicles to achieve all key finance, profit, and vehicle sales targets for the Centre.  Core responsibilities will be:

• Be an active member of the daily Sales Department Meetings, discussing F&I sales performance, identifying gaps, areas of opportunity and sharing with the team for action
• Customer Engagement
• Compliance & Administration Support

If you have a finance focused background in a sales environment, gained within an automotive franchise, have a passion for customer service and upholding quality and processes, we’d love to hear from you.  Ideally you will also hold the SAF Advanced Level 3 accreditation.
