Porsche Retail Group (PRG) have an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Business Analyst for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract working for one of the world’s most iconic brands and joining the head office team of Porsche Retail Group, headquartered in Reading.

As Assistant Business Analyst you’ll be responsible for daily management and KPI reporting for decision making and enabling performance improvement in all Porsche Retail Group operations and support the team in daily and month-end tasks as required.. 

What you’ll be doing:

• Preparation of daily management reports on Group Preowned car sales and New Stock reports
• Daily Summary Dashboard of all the reports
• Understanding and assisting in the delivery of Business Strategy and Objectives
• Contributing to the documentation and improvement of processes in the finance department
• Weekly new vehicle sales forecast (completion & distribution).
• Monthly and Month end reports for the Reporting Accountant
• Month-end new car registrations, stock and warranty analysis, job cards and finance cases
• Preparation of new car stock slides to support Centre Financial Controllers
• Assist in Financial Analysis and data inputting for various reporting systems
• Supporting Aftersales Managers with monthly presentations

• This role is a full-time opportunity on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract, based at our Headquarters in Reading 
• A basic salary of £25,000 plus a 10% retention bonus

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• Preferably achieved an A-Level or similar in Maths
• Business, Accounting or Finance related degree
• Basic knowledge of Accounting principles
• Attention to detail
• A minimum Intermediate level excel skill (VBA advantageous)
• Comfortable working with large data and spreadsheets
• Experience in consolidation of numbers would be an advantage
• Highly proficient in both spoken and written English
• A self-starter who can show initiative and recognise areas for improvement
