Due to increased workload an excellent opportunity has arisen for a Tekla Draughtsman / Detailer within an independent structural drawing office based in Hessle, East Yorkshire.  This role is an office based position.

About the role
This position is office based and you will also conduct site visits and meetings at clients offices. As a Tekla Draughtsman / Detailer, you will be responsible for:

• Seeing projects through from brief to fabrication package
• Preparing fabrication models, G.A.s , fabrication details, NC data, erection G.A.s & lists
• Preparing CAD G.A.s
• Conducting site visits and surveys when required
• Assisting and supporting the training of junior members of the team

About you
To be successful for the role of Tekla Draughtsman / Detailer, you must have/be:

• 3+ years in Tekla Structures (using versions 2021 to present)
• Skilled at working from engineers drawings and calculations or a simple client brief
• Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
• Confident using AutoCAD and MS Office
