We have a rare opportunity for a motivational sales leader, to join one of the world’s most iconic brands as a General Sales Manager for Porsche Centre Reading. In this leadership role, reporting to the Centre Principal, you will lead the Sales Department, to ensure Porsche Centre Reading achieves its departmental objectives, whilst ensuring your team delivering an exemplary customer experience. The position will be responsible for both the new and pre-owned vehicle sales department of Porsche Centre Reading.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• Experience of a similar role for another franchised automotive retailer; including the management of a large team of up to 20 employees
• Strong history of building a relationship outside your business area to achieve results
• Knowledge of industry wide processes and regulations, being the ‘first line of defence’ for FCA regulatory compliance
• A passion for the motor retail industry and a sound understanding of the Porsche brand and product

• A basic salary of up to £60,000 dependant on experience – OTE £120,000
