We are looking for ambitious and experienced Part-Time and Full-Time salespeople to join our clients Media Planning and Buying Agency in Manchester based at their very trendy media hub, which has its own cafe, free table tennis and fusbal tables. They are one of the leading and fastest growing Out of Home media companies in Manchester and a hybrid flexible working schedule may be considered for the right candidate should they wish to work from home a few days a week.

Our clients portfolio includes HD digital screens and traditional media in key out of home locations and national and regional leisure centres and health clubs. The portfolio is growing fast both regionally and nationally and they are looking for talented salespeople to take the portfolio to local and regional businesses and are offering excellent opportunities for promotion to key roles.
About the Role
The role of Telesales Executive will include setting appointments up for the field sales team to promote the Media buying and planning side of the agency. With a focus on digital strategies this is a fast-growing side of the business and would offer an additional commission opportunity and your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:- Selling advertising to clients across a network of digital screens and traditional media
- Managing existing accounts as well as new business development
- Setting up appointments for the agency team
- Working closely with sales support and the IT team to maximise new lead generation
- Writing clear and customised proposals including products across the entire portfolio
- Upkeep of all ongoing sales activities in CRM and be able to provide clear revenue figures and sales forecast to management on a weekly basis
- Developing complete market awareness, understand competitor strengths, weaknesses and sales methods and keep track of share of market across the entire territory
- Selling inhouse digital platforms that include programmatic display, Digital Audio, Connected Tv and video
About You
To be successful for the role of Telesales Executive, previous experience in advertising is not essential however you must be hardworking and tenacious with at least 2 years telesales and be / have:- Previous B2B or media sales experience with successful track record meeting / exceeding KPIs and sales targets
- Client focused with a pro-active sales approach
- Confident and self-motivated attitude
- Tenacious ambitious and forward thinking
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
About the hours & rewards
For the role of Telesales Executive there is offering a competitive basic salary of up to £20,000 plus uncapped earnings with a realistic commission structure which could take earnings up to £50,000.
