An excellent and varied opportunity has arisen for an Administrative Coordinator. This is a remote working position working within an Autism service. Our client is committed to excellence and meeting the highest levels of NICE guidelines. They have built their multi-disciplinary team to include 5 different autism specialists, so that they have access to a broad range of health professionals and can meet each patient's individual needs.

About the role
The Administrative Coordinator is a brand new role, created to support the Autism Assessment Service to make sure the highest levels of customer service are achieved at all times. The role requires a high level of coordination, organisation, attention to detail and building of relationships to ensure appointments, assessments and invoicing happen in line with expectations and all enquiries handled effectively and in a timely manner.
About the responsibilities
As Administrative Coordinator you will:- Book and record all appointments on behalf of the Service
- Keep relevant stakeholders up to date with progress
- Capturing and recording client information on the system
- Ensuring all key information is up to date
- Liaising with patients by phone email to obtain detailed personal information in order to support the clinical team
- Checking personal information, questionnaires and forms for completeness and pursuing information where required
- Proof reading, formatting and filing of confidential reports from the assessing teams making sure they meet the required standard and hit the deadlines required
- Working to agreed processes to ensure accuracy, compliance and meeting legal requirements as required
- Actively contributing to improving processes, policies and procedures to help company operate efficiently
- Liaising and developing positive working relationships with various stakeholders within local authorities and our assessing teams
- Achieving agreed targets and KPI’s to contribute to company objectives and business plan
- Able to navigate and accurately record client information Customer relationship management (CRM) system including follow up, appointment confirmation, diagnoses
- Process billing information from our experts to ensure and to the client
- Any other reasonable tasks as agreed with your line manager
About you
For the role of Administrative Coordinator you must have / be:- A passion for psychology
- Can demonstrate genuine empathy
- Good standard of IT knowledge i.e. Microsoft / Accounts Packages and use of databases
- Educated to minimum A level standard
- Exceptional administrative skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport
- Excellent telephone manner and responsive to queries
- Highly effective planning , organisational skills and attention to detail
- Commitment to delivering great customer service
- Great multi tasker, problem solver and willing to ‘get the job done’
- Able to demonstrate empathy for client group including parents/carers
- Self-motivated, flexible with a ‘can do attitude’
- Capable of handling and communicating confidential information sensitively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a wider team
- Resilient and capable of juggling priorities and work under pressure, adhering to strict deadlines
About the hours & rewards
The position of Administrative Coordinator is currently based remotely working from home. The hours are 9am-5pm with no weekends or bank holidays. As a progressive, responsible company our client is committed to supporting employees work/ life balance.
There is on offer a salary of £25,000 per annum and benefits include:- 23 days paid holiday, plus all bank holidays
