- Description
Porsche Retail Group (PRG) have an excellent opportunity for a Service Advisor to work for one of the world’s most iconic brands and join Porsche Centre West London.
This role plays a key part within the dealership, advise potential, new and existing customers on which service, or maintenance, may be required to be performed on their vehicle.

Core Responsibilities- Ascertain the customer’s automotive problems by listening to customer's description of symptoms; clarifying description of problems; conducting technical visual inspections via the Direct Dialogue Bay; checking vehicle maintenance records; examining service schedules as appropriate
- Determine services needed by reviewing service history and referencing manufacturer service intervals
- Required to book walk in customers and upsell Porsche Service’s and accessories.
- Provide assistance to bookings centre during peak periods as required
- Raise orders for parts identified
- Identify and sell value added services and accessories as required
- Track the vehicle through the workshop, remaining in constant communication with the customer during the repair process, updating the customer as required and ensuring delivery of the vehicle at the promised time

- Salary based on experience, OTE £50K +

- Free car parking a short walk from both sites. Free onsite for bikes, bicycles and scooters
- There are 32 ramps across both locations
