Our client is a HR Consultancy based in Sutton Coldfield offering a wide range of HR services to a variety of businesses across different sectors and industries. Their team is expanding and they are looking for an experienced full-time HR Manager / Senior HR Advisor / HR Business Partner that can grow with them.
About the role
The ideal candidate will be a HR professional that is confident in providing pragmatic HR advice and solutions but is still great at engaging with Directors, Managers and employees alike. Your key responsibilities will include:- Undertaking HR consultancy assignments
- Delivering assigned HR projects to a high professional standard
- HR policy development
- Providing employee relations advice directly to clients and to junior colleagues
- Undertaking regular on site delivery to customers in areas of HR such as (but not limited to) disciplinary, grievance investigations, restructures, mediation, training, recruitment and selection
About the rewards
In the role of HR Manager you will work full-time hours, 37.5 per week (Monday to Friday 9am-5pm). There is a salary on offer of £38,000 to £42,000 per annum, dependent on skills and experience and benefits include:- 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays

- Free parking
This is a full time role, and you will need to be a regular face in the office. The company also like to accommodate home working where they can. However, being on site and out and about with their clients on a weekly basis is an essential part of the role, so no two weeks look the same!
About you
To be successful for the role of HR Manager, you will have the following skills and attributes:- Extensive case management experience (essential)
- Some experience of designing and delivering management training and conducting mediation (desirable)
- Ideally a CIPD qualification or be studying towards one
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR with a significant amount of that in a senior advisory role
- The ability to work on your own initiative within a fast-paced working environment
