About the role
As a HR Advisor you’ll be working within a small team who are willing to role their sleeves up and get involved wherever they need to, so in reality this role is only going to suit someone who considers no HR task too big…..or too small. This role is office based, although there may be some local travel to client locations when the need arises.
About the rewards
In the role of HR Advisor you will work full-time hours, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. There is a salary on offer of £33,000 to £35,000 per annum, dependent on skills and experience and benefits include:- 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
- Engage in company events
- Free parking
You will need to be a regular face in the office although the company also like to accommodate home working where they can. However, being on site and out and about with their clients on a weekly basis is an essential part of the role, so no two weeks look the same!
About you
To be successful for the role of HR Advisor, ideally you will have:- CIPD qualification or be studying towards one
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR with a significant amount of that in an advisory role
- Track record of delivering successful HR solutions
The ideal candidate will be an Advisor that is confident in providing pragmatic HR advice and solutions in a fast paced environment.
Why join them?
The Company is an independent HR support specialist dedicated to making HR a breeze for businesses of all sizes. As an HR Advisor, you will be at the heart of their operations, providing expert advice, guidance, and support to our diverse portfolio of clients.
And what will you get in return?
FOR THE HEAR AND NOW – work-life balance is really important to them so they are a Monday to Friday company, they don’t want you working overtime if they can help it and they offer a generous holiday allowance so you can enjoy plenty of time off with your loved ones.
FOR FUN – they are a small but perfectly formed team so they want to ensure that everyone comes to work in an environment that is positive and supportive. They’ve always got something fun in the diary and they encourage all of the team to get involved and have fun along the way.
FOR THE FUTURE – to be really successful in HR it’s all about continuing professional development and they are committed to supporting you with that. They would love to hear about your long-term plans, where you want to go and how we can help you get there.
