As a Customer Care Representative you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that our client’s customer service run smoothly, coordinating and communicating with customers, warehouse and operations to ensure they have the best experience. This is a full-time hybrid role based in London, with flexibility for remote work.
About the role The role of Customer Care Representative offers a salary of £28,000 to £32,000 per annum. You will be tasked with speaking to and assisting customers over the phone and by email. You will:
Demonstrate patience, understanding and technical know-how which is vital to this role
Show a drive for success
Display great telephone-based customer service
Work closely with the Technical Manager
Carry out project-based tasks to ensure all of the above is achievable

About the responsibilities As a Customer Care Representative, your duties will include:
Answering incoming phone calls, emails and customer care requests
Using the CRM to process and resolve customer cases in a timely and efficient manner
Updating customers order statuses and product knowledge requests
Assisting customers with technical troubleshooting of products, striving for a one call resolutions
Processing customer orders/changes/returns according to company procedures
Performing and completing project-based duties as assigned
Providing timely feedback to the Customer Care Manager regarding service failures or customer concerns
Using good communications skills, displaying integrity and empathy to all customers
Working well in a small team
Having a passion to learn new information and the ability to grasp new concepts
Ability to manage and process multiple tasks simultaneously
Technical Troubleshooting via phone on What’s app or Facetime.
About you To be successful for the role of Customer Care Representative, you must have / be:
