An excellent opportunity has arisen for a full-time Customer Care Representative based in London, with flexibility for hybrid / remote work.
About the role
The role of Customer Care Representative is a great opportunity for someone that is not just looking for a job, but who wants to develop and build a career for themselves. Responsibilities include:- Answering incoming phone calls, emails, and customer care requests
- Using the CRM to process and resolve customer cases in a timely and efficient manner
- Updating customers on order statuses and product knowledge requests
- Assisting customers with technical troubleshooting of products striving for one-call resolutions
- Processing customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures
- Performing and completing project-based duties as assigned
- Providing timely feedback to the Customer Care Manager regarding service failures or customer concerns
About the rewards
As Customer Care Representative there is a salary on offer of £28,000 to £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About you
To be successful for the role of Customer Care Representative, you must have / be:- Ideally 2 years customer care and/or Sales experience
- Strong communications skills, displays integrity and empathy to all customers
- Able to work well independently and as part of the team
- A creative problem solver
- Technical mindset and understanding
- Passion to learn new information and ability to grasp new concepts
- Articulate and able to convey information clearly
- The ability to manage and process multiple tasks simultaneously
- Technical Troubleshooting via phone on WhatsApp or Facetime
- Interest in health and wellness is a bonus!
