An excellent opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to join this fast-growing Sheffield based Company as a CNC Machine Operator.  Full training will be provided.

About the role
As CNC Machine Operator your responsibilities will include:

• Measuring and cutting of steel tube.
• Creating bent tube to service orders using CNC Tube Bending machine.
• Maintaining stock levels and storage area.
• Working to schedules and deadlines.
• Cleaning and general maintenance of machinery.

About the rewards
In the role of CNC Machine Operator, you will work 42 hours a week, Monday to Friday, and the benefits include:

•  A salary of £12.00 to £14.00 per hour (depending on experience)
• Monday to Friday days only / Early finish on Friday (No weekend work – unless on overtime)
• 4 weeks plus 8 days statutory holiday (Entitlement Increases with length of service)

About you
As a CNC Machine Operator, ideally you will have previous experience working CNC / NC machines in a manufacturing environment, preferably with mandrel tube bending experience.  However, full training will be provided regardless.  You will have / be:

• Experience of operating CNC / NC machines in an engineering environment
• Willing to learn new skills
• Highly organised with the ability to multi-task
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
• Problem solving skills with excellent attention to detail
• Able to share knowledge and be open to new ideas
